• Non-Returnable Items: Certain products such as custom orders, electrical parts, and special orders may not be eligible for return. Please verify before purchase if your item falls into this category.

• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
